interior designer stevie Storck partners with floral industry experts in stylish new faux flower project book

BigFoot Visits the Big Cities of the World - Another BigFoot Sighting

Lancaster, PA — Interior designer Stevie Storck’s mission is to make good design simple, especially now as we hunker down at home. “Flowers bring life and joy into our home décor, but constantly replacing and maintaining fresh flowers can be expensive and tricky,” she says. “With today’s faux florals becoming more realistic than ever, you can make lovely, long-lasting home décor with silk flowers.”

Designing with faux flowers is one Storck’s many design specialities. She’s written a new book Modern Faux Flower Projects: Fresh, Stylish Arrangements and Home Decor with Silk Florals and Faux Greenery, which includes her own thoughtful design tips as well as tips and tricks from experts in the floral industry.

In Modern Faux Flower Projects, Storck shows how to make lovely, longlasting home décor using silk flowers to create twelve stunning arrangements, wreaths, garlands, wall hangings, tabletop centerpieces, and other innovative projects. The projects are arranged by season, so that you can create beautiful arrangements all year round.

Storck also interviewed and included tips from seven experts in the book. These experts—such as Meghan Connors and Shea Mack, LaParis Phillips, Eveline Leake, Anna Falkon, Stephanie Kirby, Alyssa Grogan, and Stephanie Petrak—share their beautiful work and helpful tips. Storck also took her colloborative spirit post-production and worked with Alyssa Grogan from the Rogue Petal Co. to create an exclusive faux floral art print in celebration of the book’s release.

Modern Faux Flower Projects launches this September 2020 and will delight the flower-lover and craft enthusiast alike.
